The Sharpest NYC Mobile knife sharpening was created to provide a simple at ease curbside sharpening service for all resident of NYC and long Island. We come directly to you and perform professional on-site sharpening services in front of your home. There is no need to step outside of your home carrying knives to the hardware store ever again.

We believe in maintaining, restoring and keeping your tools sharp. We want to bring you the joy of having super sharp knives and scissors again so you can continue to do what you love; cooking, preparation and enjoyment of food with family and friends.

Sharpening Process

At The Sharpest NYC, we take great pride and care in sharpening your knives. We utilize many methods of sharpening depending on the style of knife or make of knives. Our most common method is a variable speed belt grinder with a multi-level grit(120-3000) as needed system. We check for proper angle of the edge & geometry as per manufacturer specifications. We tape up each knife and carefully sharpen and repair if needed up to manufacturer specifications. Once they are razor sharp, they are cleaned and placed in paper sleeves for your protection.
