Services

Our sharpening process is precise, quick and sharp. We will schedule the best time to come to your facility or restaurant. Once we arrive, we will call or message our point of contact and retrieve the knives.

The sharpening process takes 1.5-2 hours depending on the amount of knives. Once they are sharpened, we will clean them and placed them into sleeves in packs.

Straight edge knives

Straight edge sharpening

$3.00 per knife

Each straight edge knife will be carefully hand sharpened with a low speed belt sander and polished to a fine edge.

Serrated edge knives

Serrated edge sharpening

$3.00 per knife

Each serrated edge knife will be sharpened with either a belt sander on the non-serrated side/flat side or sharpened with a serrated grinding wheel to place new serrations onto the knife.

Faded wood handles

Knife handle fading/restoration.

$1.00 per knife

Faded/worn wood handles on steak knives can be restored through our 2 step process.

Wood handles that are rough and not smooth will be sanded down.

Wood handles that have faded from repeated washes will be oiled with food grade mineral oil and polished to bring back their factory luster.
